Being a market leader in Europe, we supply museums (in which we are world market leader), libraries, hospitals, offices and archives. Through our own sales offices and a worldwide network of distributors, we are represented in Europe, the United States, Asia and Australia. Organisations like the Rijksmuseum, the Louvre, Boijmans van Beuningen, the British Museum and Cambridge University, but also Deloitte, Rabobank and Securitas are among our customers. By continuously focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility we apply best practices in energy and water stewardship. And this is all done with a passionate team of 200 colleagues, of whom 130 work at the head office in Panningen, where production and international distribution takes place.

Product Manager

 

with a proven track record in project management.

In this job, you are responsible for the existing and future product portfolio.

In a world where space and sustainability are becoming increasingly important issues, you can make a significant contribution by translating the customer’s wish into a sustainable product specification. It’s your task to successfully manage a product portfolio during the entire product lifecycle.

You know the market segments and competition of Bruynzeel, but also the needs, dynamics and opportunities of customers.


Your job:

We challenge you to translate product features into compelling value propositions and USPs and bring new products to market. You are the ‘owner’ of the product solution and lead the development project from start to finish; you initiate, develop, introduce and implement by using a broad input and creating a broad support base. Your project team may consist of both internal and external stakeholders, such as (potential) customers, internal/external engineering, your marketing colleagues, sales colleagues, etc. You are in charge and coordinate these projects. Besides new products or services, you monitor the added value of the existing portfolio and advise on changes to keep this portfolio in optimal shape.

  1. This all contributes to our four pillar growth strategy consisting of:
    Operational excellence (adding value over cost in everything we do), for example by strong SKU management and first time right;
  2. Innovation and renovation (in the field of design, functionality and sustainability)
  3. Support Geographical expansion actively and find new segments and manage product and service innovations from orientation to implementation.
  4. Support the implementation of our sustainability vision.


Your experience:

  • You have a relevant education, such as Bachelor HTS with a commercial background or Technical Business Administration route to Business Engineering;
  • You have approx. 4-6 years of relevant experience in a B2B organisation with production;
  • You have acquired solid project management skills and are in control of multiple projects simultaneously. To achieve this, you have a structured way of working and are able to get input from all involved and work together on the steps that need to be taken;
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
